Home delivery I DPD ensures home delivery by Predict within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

Delivery to a relay point I DPD ensures delivery to a relay point within 24 to 48 hours to a relay point selected by you when placing your order.

Delivery is free when your order exceeds €50.00.

For orders under €50.00, standard delivery costs for France are €7.00 to home and €4.00 to a relay point.

For orders outside France, additional delivery charges apply.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return your items to us free of charge.

Simply register your return online in your customer account and tell us which item(s) you want to return. After creating the return, we will send you a return label by email.

Once the package is received, we will proceed with the refund.

It may take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days between the receipt of your package by our logistics department and the processing of your return at our warehouse.

Even if tracking indicates that your return has arrived, this delay may be necessary to complete the process.
