What are your return conditions?

You have a legal period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to request a refund for unworn items, in their original packaging, which do not suit you.

IMPORTANT: An item can only be refunded if it has not been worn, altered and if all its labels are still in place.

Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account ( https://shopify.com/58411679914/account ):

- In the Email field , enter your email address, then click Continue .

2. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you wish to submit the return.

3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note to the store.

5. Click Request a Return . If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
