What are your return conditions?
You have a legal period of 14 days, after receipt of your order, to request a refund for any unworn items in their original packaging that do not suit you.
IMPORTANT: an item can only be refunded if it has not been worn or altered and if all its tags are still in place.
Submit a return request
1. Log in to your account(https://shopify.com/58411679914/account):
- In the field E-mail field, enter your e-mail address, then click on Continue .
2. In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the e-mail.
3. Return to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order contains several items, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click on Request a return . If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an e-mail with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
